Vitreset is a premium high solids pigmented epoxy coating with enhanced flow and self-leveling properties which makes it an excellent choice for high build applications (where odour during application isn’t an issue and a heavy duty non slip floor is needed). V410 can be tinted to almost any colour and is usually used as an ultra durable, easy-to-clean top coat for concrete floors which have been primed with Enviroset 4111 or E2100. V410 is used very effectively with anti-slip media and can be used for external areas if over coated with UV resistant polyurethanes.

Limitations
- Not recommended for immersion in acids, alkalis, or solvents
- Will chalk under continuous sunlight and UV exposure (does not impair performance)
- Requires application on slabs above 10°C and under 75% humidity
Mixing
Power stir Pack A thoroughly before blending it with Pack B in the correct ratio. Stir the combined mixture thoroughly for at least two minutes to ensure proper consistency. Allow the mixture to stand for 15 minutes before application. Thin the mixture as needed for better flow. In cooler weather, stir, let it rest for a few minutes, and then stir again to prevent amine bloom.
Application
Apply the coating evenly using a 10–13 mm nap roller, brush, or airless spray. Follow the specified coverage rate to ensure optimal performance. For the primer coat, thin the mixture up to 20% using V122 Epoxy Thinners if required.
Theoretical Coverage is 5-7 m²/L/coat @ 140µm/coat
