Soudaflex 36FL is a high-quality, elastic, one-component polyurethane-based sealant designed specifically for floor joints.

APPLICATIONS
- Sealing of shrinking joints in concrete floors
- Sealing of flooring joints
- All typical horizontal building, connection, expansion, and dilatation joints
- Sealing of joints in environments where contact with fuel and oil occurs
- Resistant to splash and spillage from hydraulic fluids, lubricants, oils, petrol, and gasoline
- Can withstand long-term intense contact or immersion (up to 1 week) when used with Primer 100
SHELF LIFE
12 months in original, unopened packaging stored in a cool, dry place between +5°C and +25°C
NOTES
- May interfere with drying of oxidative paints — compatibility test recommended before application
- Good UV resistance but may discolour under extreme or prolonged exposure
- Chemical resistance depends on concentration, temperature, and exposure time
- Some chemicals may affect sealant volume, mechanical properties, or appearance
- Avoid contact with bitumen, tar, or plasticizer-releasing materials such as EPDM, neoprene, or butyl
- Do not apply or allow curing near uncured silicone sealants, alcohol, or solvent-based cleaners
- When using multiple reactive sealants, ensure the first is fully cured before applying the next
