Sure Seal EFF-Plus Remover offers a safer way to clean compared to traditional acidic cleaners. It effectively eliminates efflorescence, grout haze, cement stains, rust, and hard water deposits from masonry surfaces.

It’s a much safer option for cleaning cement and concrete than using Hydrochloric or Sulphuric acid, yet it has similar dissolving power to Hydrochloric or Phosphoric acid without the dangerous fumes or potential for burns. Plus, it mixes completely with water.

HOW TO USE:

For removing efflorescence and cement residue, you can use it straight from the container or mix it with water (between 1 part cleaner to 4 parts water, and 1 part cleaner to 50 parts water). The right mix depends on the surface you’re cleaning and how thick the deposit is.

Apply it with a stiff brush or broom and let it work for a few minutes. Then, simply rinse it off with clean water.

Important: Do NOT use this product on polished or very smooth stone like marble or limestone, or any other surfaces that can be damaged by mild acids.

Cleaning Up: If there’s any cleaner left over, you can neutralize it with a mild alkaline liquid. Clean your tools with water.

Dealing with Spills: If the product spills, soak it up with an inert material (like sand or kitty litter) and dispose of it at an approved landfill site.
