Soudal Fill & Paint Gap Filler is a high-quality plastoelastic one-component joint sealant based on acrylic dispersion.

Properties

• Very easy to apply
• Colourfast and waterproof after drying
• Can be painted over after drying
• Very good adhesion on many porous surfaces and aluminium
• Good weather and UV resistance after drying
• Interior and exterior use
• Paintable within 20 minutes

Applications

• Joints on window sills, between plinths and walls, between masonry, …
• Joints with movement till max. 10%
• Filling of gaps and cracks in concrete, plasterwork and ceiling.
• Sealing skirting boards, cornices, window frames, staircases, architraves, trims and coving.

Shelf Life

At least 12 months in original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place with temperature between +5°C and +25°C. Protect from frost.

Note

• Do not use in applications where continuous water immersion is possible.
• Paintable with most paints.
• The paint must be sufficiently elastic to allow application on a plasto-elastic sealant.
• Given the great diversity in available paints, it is recommended to do a compatibility test prior to application.
• When using different reactive joint sealants, the first joint sealant must be completely hardened before the next one is applied.
