Moreover, its efficient curing process, including an Initial cure of 2 days, Re-coatable in 12 hours, Light traffic permissible in 3 days, and Full cure achieved in 7 days, underscores both efficiency and durability in coating projects.

Consumption

In terms of consumption, Alka 100 offers efficiency, requiring approximately 0.2 – 0.3 kg/m² (approx. 5m²/litre) per coat, depending on substrate conditions. Strongly absorbent or porous substrates may necessitate two primer coats, ensuring optimal performance.

Cleaning Equipment
