Mixing Instructions:

SikaTop Armatec – 110 Epocem should be mixed with a low-speed (under 250 rpm) electric drill mixer. Shake components A and B well before use. Pour both into a suitable mixing vessel and mix for 30 seconds. Gradually add component C while continuing to mix for at least 3 minutes. Let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes until it achieves a brushable, weakly dripping consistency. Do not add water during mixing.

Application Guidelines:

• Corrosion Protection for Reinforcement:
  Apply the first layer (1 mm thick) to clean reinforcement using a medium-hard brush or spray gun. Once the first layer hardens (about 2-3 hours at +20°C), apply the second coat. Follow up with repair mortars applied wet-on-dry to maintain the protective layer.
• Bonding Primer:
  For optimal bonding, apply SikaTop Armatec – 110 Epocem with a medium-hard brush or spray gun onto the prepared substrate. Ensure it fills all pores, with a minimum layer thickness of 0.5 mm. Subsequent repair mortars should be applied wet-on-wet.
• Dynamic Loading Applications:
  Tested and certified for dynamic load conditions with specific Sika repair mortars. For more details, refer to individual technical sheets.

Curing Treatment:

Protect the freshly applied material from rain or contamination until fully set.
